The dispatch module allows you to capture all your customers and their location which you can view in one place, automatically matching vehicles to the stops required, in the most efficient manner to deliver:

- Full views of the route and stops for each vehicle over time
- Alerts to manage early or late starts to inform recipients in time
Planning and monitoring for fleet managers
The dispatching module in the 3Dtracking platform provides fleet managers with the framework for planning and monitoring the progress of dispatch orders.
The visualization and analysis tools (which optimize routes, remove uncertainties from the operations of fleet, and manage costs) allows fleet managers to define real-world operating costs on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis, resulting in multi-vehicle planning schedules that achieve the lowest cost-of-completion. For each planned dispatching order, the 3Dtracking platform maps and displays the optimal route, taking into consideration travel requirements such as; distance, planned stops, fuel consumption, time, and vehicle characteristics and capacities.
