Reset Password

Your password helps protect your account and is used when signing in with your username and password. You can update your password from the Account section in User Settings.

Password Requirements

Passwords must contain at least 8 characters by default, at least one numeric and at least one special character.

Change Your Password

  1. Click the Profile menu icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Click Change password.

  5. Enter your current password in the Current password field.
  6. Enter your new password in the Enter new password field.
  7. Enter your new password again in the Re-enter new password field.
  8. Click Update password.

Your password is now updated. Use your new password the next time you sign in.

Tip: Choose a password that is difficult for others to guess and do not share your password with anyone.
